Tien Bien founded Glow Concept in 2019 with the belief that everyone needs a little beauty in their life. Tien is a highly experienced and an award-winning Cosmetic Tattoo specialist who specialises in natural semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo, Plasma Fibroblast, Skin Care and Lash Extensions. Tien has been educated and certified both domestically and internationally in Beauty Therapy and is a certified Trainer in Australia.
The Glow Concept Academy trains the next generation of Cosmetic Tattoo specialists from beginner courses through to advanced training in the latest techniques. Tien provides not only technical training in the art of Cosmetic Tattoo but can consult with you across the setup and marketing of a new beauty business. Glow Concept can provide an end-to-end tailored training course and business setup package that is a first in the beauty training industry.
Tien frequently attends international conferences and contests with prominent artists to stay current on breakthroughs, techniques, and trends. The first competition Tien entered was the prestigious World Universal League of Permanent Make Up (WULOP). The annual WULOP event attracts the world’s best talent and Tien won third place in the Eyeliner Technique Competition with attendees from Europe, America, Asia and Australia.
